Virtual Currency & Caddy Cash
All "Caddy Cash," "Caddy Cash," "credits," and wallet balances displayed within Bring a Bag are virtual items with no monetary or pecuniary value. They are issued by Bring a Bag at our sole discretion and are to be used exclusively within the app for entertainment purposes only.
- Caddy Cash cannot be exchanged, redeemed, transferred, or cashed out for real currency, goods, or services of any kind.
- Caddy Cash has no cash value, is non-refundable, and confers no ownership rights.
- Bring a Bag may modify, suspend, revoke, or terminate any virtual balance at any time without notice or liability.
- Any reference to dollar amounts (e.g. "$500") within the app refers to virtual units of in-app currency only and does not represent real money.
- Use of Caddy Cash is intended for simulated, recreational gameplay. It is not gambling, wagering, or a game of chance for anything of value.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Bring a Bag, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use Bring a Bag. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your location.
3. User Accounts & Conduct
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to defraud other users, manipulate matches, or violate any applicable law.
4. Match Play & Real-Money Wagers
Any settlement between players outside of in-app virtual currency is the sole responsibility of the players involved. Bring a Bag does not facilitate, process, or guarantee real-money transactions between users and is not a gambling operator. Real-money wagering is governed by your local laws — check before wagering.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Bring a Bag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bring a Bag shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
